Heard. In view of the submissions and reasons mentioned

At this stage, accused Saurabh @ Gaurav and Sonu submit
that they intend to plead guilty and seek time to move an appropriate
application in this regard.
Let a notice be issued to the State as well as Jail Supdt.

Jail Supdt is directed to file custody certificate of
accused Saurabh @ Gaurav and Sonu before the NDOH.
