Accused Saurabh @ Gaurav, Sonu and Rafat
produced from JC.
Accused Shanti is present on bail.
Ld. Counsel for accused persons.
IO SI Yashpal is stated to be on leave.
Bail bonds on behalf of accused Shanti furnished
and accepted.
A report has been received on behalf of IO stating
that another FSL result has not been prepared by FSL as yet and
priority letters have already been sent to Director, FSL, in this
regard. Report perused.
SHO is directed to send fresh priority letter to
Director, FSL to prepare another FSL result in this case on
priority basis as three accused are in JC in this case and matter
cannot be proceeded further for want of FSL result.
Copy of this order be sent to SHO concerned as well
as Director, FSL for intimation and compliance.
It is noticed that many persons / relatives have come
to meet accused persons namely Saurabh @ Gaurav, Sonu and
Rafat which is causing inconvenience to the escort staff who are
producing the accused persons from custody and also hampering

the functioning of court. In these circumstances, it would be
appropriate to produce accused Saurabh @ Gaurav, Sonu and
Rafat from custody through video conferencing, for their safety
and smooth functioning of the court.
Copy of this order be sent
to Jail Superintendent concerned for intimation and compliance.
Put up for further proceedings on 28.11.2024.
