T.P. (Crl.) No. 63/2025
RAVINDRA KUMAR SINGH
Vs.
NISHA DHAWAN @ VINNY AND ORS.
31.01.2026
Present : Petitioner in person (through VC).
Respondents no. 1 & 3 in person with Ld. Counsel
Sh. Avaneesh Singh.
This is a petition u/s 449 BNSS filed by petitioner
Sh. Ravindra Kumar Singh seeking transfer of criminal revision
petition bearing CR No. 128/2025 titled as “Ravindra Kumar
Singh vs. Nisha Dhawan & Anr.” from the Court of Ld. ASJ-03,
North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to the Court of Ld. ASJ-04,
North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, where another revision
petition bearing CR No. 13/2025 titled as “Ravindra Kumar
Singh vs. Nisha Dhawan & Ors.” is already pending.
The contents of the transfer petition filed by the
petitioner/applicant are not being elaborated for the sake of
brevity and being a matter of record.
Submissions heard on the present transfer petition.
Record perused.
The petitioner has submitted that two criminal
revision petitions both titled as “Ravindra Kumar Singh vs. Nisha
Dhawan & Anr.” between the same parties and pertaining to the
same case i.e. bearing CC No. 1562/2017 are pending trial in two
different Courts i.e. criminal revision petition bearing CR No.
128/2025 is pending trial in the Court of Ld. ASJ-03, North
District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, and whereas CR No. 13/2025 is
pending trial in the Court of Ld. ASJ-04, North District, Rohini
Courts, Delhi. It is accordingly prayed that in the interest of

justice and in order to avoid conflicting orders, it would be
appropriate if both the above said revision petitions are ordered
to be tried by one Court i.e. the Court of Ld. ASJ-04, North
District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Per contra, Ld. Counsel for respondents no. 1 & 3
has opposed the present petition submitting that both the above
said revision petitions are not connected with each other as the
same have been preferred by the petitioner against two different
orders.
Perusal of the record reveals that though both the
above said revision petitions are pertaining to same case i.e. CC
No. 1562/2017, albeit the revision petitions have been filed
against two different orders i.e. CR No. 13/2025 has been filed
against the order dated 17.12.2024 and CR No. 128/2025 has
been filed against order dated 18.01.2025, both passed by the
Court of Ld. ACJM, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Since both the aforesaid revision petitions have been
filed by the petitioner herein challenging the orders passed in CC
No. 1562/2017 pertaining to same parties, hence, in the interest
of justice and to avoid conflicting opinions/judgments, it would
be expedient if both the revision petitions are tried by one Court.
Accordingly, the revision petition bearing CR No.
128/2025 titled as “Ravindra Kumar Singh vs. Nisha Dhawan &
Ors.” is withdrawn from the Court of Sh. Jagmohan Singh, Ld.
ASJ-03, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, and is
assigned/transferred to the Court of Sh. Sushil Kumar, Ld. ASJ-
04, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. The present petition
accordingly stands disposed of.
