ORDER
1. Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 2 submits that he has moved an
application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC for deletion of his name from
the array of parties. Let copy of the same be supplied to the opposite
counsel through whatsapp on his mobile no. 9891-793-928.
2. Advance copy of the WS of defendant no. 1 is supplied to the
plaintiff along with an application for seeking condonation of delay. Ld.
Counsel for defendant no. 1 submits that he will e-file the WS along
with an application for seeking condonation of delay during the course
of the day and thereafter, will file the physical copy of the same in the
judicial record.
3. Since no WS is filed on behalf of defendant no. 2 and 3 till date,
their right to file WS stands closed and their defence stands struck off.
4. Be put up for filing of reply to the application of defendant no. 2
under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC with advance copy to the defendant no. 2
and arguments on 24.04.2025.
