Delhi-110089, more specifically shown in the site plan Ex. PW1/1, on filing of
PF by the DH, subject to filing of an affidavit by the DH regarding the
pendency of no appeal etc.
DH is directed to appear before LD ACJ on 25.10.2024 for appointment
of bailiff and for report to this court on 24.01.2025.
Since as per report of the bailiff dated 02.08.2024 the suit property
was found locked. Permission to the bailiff to break open the locks is granted.
