Ld. Proxy Counsel for Complainant submits that
complainant has not received the copy of present revision petition
along with its annexures and she prayed that copy of present revision
petition along with annexures may kindly be supplied to Complainant.
Perusal of the order sheet dated 13.11.2025 shows that
copy of present revision petition along with annexures have already
been supplied to Complainant in the Court. Perusal of the record
further shows that on 31.01.2026, Ld. Counsel for complainant sought
time to file reply to the present revision petition.
In view of the same and in the interest of justice,
complainant is given an opportunity to file reply to the present
revision petition with the directions to complainant to supply advance
copy of the same to the opposite party at least 14 days prior to NDOH.
Be put up for arguments on the present revision petition
on 23.07.2026.
Let a notice be issued to Let IO / SI Parveen with the
directions to appear before the Court on NDOH.
Interim orders to continue till NDOH.
