This is a criminal revision petition U/s 438/448 BNSS
filed against the impugned order dated 15.05.2025 passed by the Court
of Ld. Reliever Judge, Ld. JMFC (Mahila Court-02), North-District,
Rohini Courts, Delhi in Criminal Case No.6649/2022 in case titled as
‘State Vs. Suresh Kumar & Ors. ’, whereby the Ld.Trial Court has
framed charges against revisionist / accused Alok for the offence
punishable under seciton 323/341/506/509/354B/34 IPC.
Issue notice of the revision petition to the respondent on
filing of PF & RC, within 07 days, returnable for NDOH.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State / respondent accepts the notice
on behalf of the State.
Copy of the present revision petition along with its
annexures has been supplied to Ld. Addl. PP for state / respondent in
the Court today.
Be put up for reply / arguments on the present revision
petition on 13.11.2025.
Let a notice be issued to complainant for NDOH.
Impugned order dated 15.05.2025 is stayed till NDOH.
Let TCR be summoned for NDOH.
