The impugned Judgment as far as it relates to the
recovery of the mesne profits shall remain stayed in the
meantime. There is no stay as far as the relief of mandatory
injunction is concerned as the appellant has informed that the
possession has already been taken during the execution of the
impugned judgment.
TCR be also summoned for next date of hearing.
