Report was sought from ACP and SHO concerned. SHO
has sought time for filing reply, though, as the application does not
find any reason, as to why the reply / report is not ready till date,
hence, request of the SHO concerned stands declined. SHO concerned
is directed to file a reply within a week, it must be forwarded by the
DCP concerned.
ACP Narela has sent a request that he is not able to appear
before the court today as he is out of station in FIR No. 411/2020,
under section 3 /4 MCOCA Act, PS Narela, hence, he seeks exemption
from personal appearance for today.
In view of the above request, ACP concerned is exempted
from his personal appearance for today only. ACP concerned is also
directed to file reply within 15 days from today.
Perusal of the record reveals that notice was not issued to
proposed accused no. 3. DR Arun Kumar CMO, SRH hospital Narela.
Let fresh notice be issued to proposed accused no. 3. DR Arun Kumar
CMO, SRH hospital Narela for next date of hearing.
Put up for further proceedings on 25.03.2026.
