Issue notice to the State through Chief Secretary on filing of PF/RC/speed post as well as through authorized courier. Notice be also issued to the Collector on filing of PF for filing valuation report. Complete particulars of the property mentioned in the petition or in Schedule with approximate value shall also be given. Issue notice to respondents/ all LRs of deceased on filing of PF/RC, Dasti. Steps be taken within 15 working days.
