MIP Yash Malik and for permission to sell his share received by
way of assignment. It be checked and registered.
At request on behalf of the petitioner, the name of
R2 , who himself is a MIP, is deleted. Amended petition with
amended memo is filed on record.
Issue citation through publication in English Daily
newspaper “The Statesman” and Hindi Daily newspaper 'Virat
Vaibhav' on filing of PF and deposit of publication charges.
Issue notice to the State through Chief Secretary as
well as respondents and the SDM concerned on filing of
PF/RC/speed post as well as through authorized courier.
The SDM concerned shall file the valuation report of
the suit property.
Now to come up on 19.12.2026 for publication and
affixation of citation and service of notice upon respondents.
