petition u/s 18 of LA Act has been inadvertently filed directly in
this Court.
Ld. Counsel submits that the present petition be
disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file the
same in the office of LAC/ADM North as envisaged in the Land
Acquisition Act 1894.
The aforesaid request is allowed.
The present petition is hereby disposed of as
withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file the same in the office
of LAC/ADM North as envisaged in the Land Acquisition Act
1894, subject to Law of Limitation etc.
