By means of the present application, applicant has sought directions that all the four remaining witnesses including the witnesses summoned on the last date of hearing, may be summoned for the NDOH in order to expedite the matter. Apart from the said prayer, the applicant has also sought a prayer for pre-ponement of the matter. Heard. Perused and considered. Perusal of the application reflects the merit only qua the aspect of examination of all the four remaining witnesses on the NDOH. In view of the same, the present application stands partly allowed. All the four remaining PWs be summoned for the NDOH, positively for the purpose of expediting the matter. It is made clear that no request for adjournment shall be entertained on the NDOH.
