freezing the bank accounts i.e. (i) Account no. 467902010106342,
IFSC Code UBIN0546798 of Union Bank of India, Shalimar Bagh,
PAN No. AAIPG3199C in the name of Naveen Goel, (ii) Account no.
448301010292574, IFSC UBIN0546798 of Union Bank of India,
Shalimar Bagh, PAN No.AAIPG3199C in the name of Naveen Goel,
(iii) Account no. 015401529907 of ICICI Bank, Pitampura, Delhi,
PAN No.AAEPG7822Q in the name of Sunita Goel, (iv) Account no.
4166000100030775 of Punjab National Bank, Prashant Vihar, Delhi,
PAN No. AAEPG7822Q in the name of Sunita Goel, and (v) Account
no. 50100219529372 of HDFC Bank, Netaji Subhash Place, New
Delhi, PAN No. AAEPG7822Q in the name of Sunita Goel. It is
stated that parties have already settled the matter and JDs have already
made the payment of decreetal amount. Since during the execution
the bank accounts of JDs (as per details given in para 5), were ordered
to be freezed, which bank officials are not de-freezing without the
order of the court. Hence the application.
Record shows that on 05.05.2026 AR of the DH bank has
withdrawn the execution by giving the statement that matter has been
settled and decreetal amount has been received. In view of the above
fact, above mentioned bank accounts are ordered to be de-freezed.
Application accordingly allowed.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
