This is an application for transfer of civil suit bearing
No. 475/2018 titled ‘Sh. Ved Prakash VS. Sh. Rajesh Kumar’
pending adjudication before the court of Sh. Nitish Kumar Sharma,
Ld. ASCJ, North, Rohini to the court of Sh. Sidharth Mathur, Ld.
DJ, North, Rohini, Delhi before whom a connected case i.e. CS
No. 720/2023 titled Smt. Shakuntla Devi Vs. Shri Ram Babu &
Ors. is pending.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits at bar that both
the above civil suits are in respect of same property and all the
parties are brothers and sisters. Ld. Counsel prays that both the
civil suits may be tried by one court to avoid contradictory
judgments.
Heard.
In the facts and circumstance and to avoid any
conflicting judgment, the Civil Suit bearing No. 475/2018 titled
‘Sh. Ved Prakash Vs. Sh. Rajesh Kumar, pending before the court
of Sh. Nitish Kumar, Ld. JSCC-cum-Addl. SCJ-cum-Guardian
Judge, North stands transferred to the court of Sh. Sidharth

Mathur, Ld. DJ, North, Rohini, Delhi, for disposal as per law
along with the connected matter. The petition / application under
reference accordingly stands allowed.
Parties concerned are directed to appear before the
transferee court on 18.09.2025, for further proceedings.
Ahlmad of the court concerned is directed to send
the case file, complete in all respects, to the transferee court, well
in time.
Copy of this order be sent to the Transferor Court,
for necessary compliance.
Transfer application/petition be consigned to Record
Room, after completing necessary formalities.
