This is Second regular bail application under Section
439 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of the applicant/ accused Praveen
Kumar.
Present: Sh. P.K. Samadhia, ld. Addl. PP for the State.
Sh. Jai Ram Garg, ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused.
IO SI Dilshad is also present.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the applicant/
accused that the accused has been falsely implicated in the
present case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence
whereas the IO has submitted that the account of the
applicant/accused Praveen Kumar has been used for the cheated
amount and the co-accused Abhishek is yet to be arrested.
It is also submitted by the IO that accused Praveen
Kumar has not furnished the complete particulars of the accused
Abhishek Kumar and because of that reason, he could not be
arrested.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused has furnished
the two addresses of the co-accused Abhishek Kumar to the IO
today in the court.
Be put up on 16.07.2024 for arguments on bail
application.
