This is an application for release RC of vehicle bearing registration No.
HR51BQ-5560 retained at the time of accepting bail bond of accused Rohit
Khatri and to replace with another original RC of Vehicle No.
DL4GD-8134 filed on behalf of applicant/surety Deepak.

alongwith applicant.
It is submitted on behalf of applicant that applicant is surety
for accused Rohit Khatri and original RC of vehicle bearing registration
No. HR-51BQ-5560 was retained on record at the time of accepting bail
bonds. It is further submitted that now applicant wants to sell the said
vehicle, hence, it is prayed that RC of vehicle bearing registration No.
HR-51BQ-5560 may be released to him after replacing with original RC of
another vehicle bearing No. DL-4GD-8134 on record.
Submissions heard.
As applicant has furnished RC of vehicle bearing No.
DL-4GD-8134 and same is retained on record, let RC of vehicle No.
HR-51BQ-5560 be released to him as per rules against due
acknowledgment. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
