Both accused are present on bail.
Sh. Johri Mal, Proxy Counsel for main counsel Sh.
Rajpal Singh, for accused Rohit Khatri.
Sh. Nitin, Ld. Counsel for accused Vishal.
PW SI Ravinder Chander and MHC (M) are present.
IO SI Vikrant is absent despite service.
Summons sent to PW DO ASI Rajbir Singh received
back with the report that he is on leave.
It is submitted by proxy counsel for accused Rohit
Khatri that main counsel cannot appear today due to ill health
and PW SI Ravinder Chander may be examined in chief and his
cross examination may be deferred due to non availability of
main counsel.
It is also submitted by counsel for accused Vishal
that he cannot cross examine PW SI Ravinder Chander today as
he has an appointment with the doctor.
Heard.
No medical record has been furnished by proxy
counsel with regard to the illness of main counsel for accused
Rohit Khatri.
Main Counsel for accused Vishal has also not
furnished any proof to prove that his appointment with a doctor is

fixed for today. Today’s date has been given as per the
convenience of Ld. Defence Counsels. Therefore, no ground is
made out to defer the cross examination of PW SI Ravinder
Chander.
SI Ravinder Chander has been examined in chief,
cross examined and discharged as PW-1
Issue B/Ws against IO SI Vikrant for a sum of Rs.
2000/- with one surety of like amount, returnable for NDOH.
