North-District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Accused Ajay Joon @ Babbu produced from J/C
from Jhajjar Jail, Haryana (On bail in this case).

Babbu.
Accused Vijay Kuhad @ Sardarji in person on bail.

It has been pointed out by Ld. Counsel for accused
Ajay Joon @ Babbu that an application for cancellation for
NBWs against him is already pending on record.
Submissions Heard. For the reasons mentioned in
the application, NBWs issued against accused Ajay Joon @
Babbu is hereby canceled with warning to him appear before the
Court regularly in future. Notice U/s 446 Cr.PC issued to his
surety stands withdrawn.
Application is disposed off as allowed, accordingly.
Perusal of the file shows that illegal firearms have
been recovered from the possession of both accused persons and

the same have been sent to FSl, however, no report has been
received from FSL till date.
In view of the same, let a notice be issued to DCP
concerned with the directions to make efforts for expediting the
FSL result and to file the status report qua the same on NDOH.
Be put up for awaiting of FSL result as well as for
arguments on the point of charge on 15.09.2026.
