repeated calls since morning. It appears that accused Ajay Joon
@ Babbu is intentionally avoiding his appearance before the
Court. Issue NBW against accused Ajay Joon @ Babbu with
notice to his surety U/s 446 Cr. P.C. through IO concerned for
NDOH.
