Present: Sh. Akshay Kumar, Counsel for the plaintiffs.
Sh. Narender Chaudhary, counsel for defendants.
On the oral request made on behalf of the
defendants, the total costs of Rs.50,000/- is reduced to
Rs.40,000/-. Costs paid.
The pleadings of the contesting parties are complete
whereby, the following issues are framed:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
partition, as prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
rendition of accounts, as prayed for? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
permanent injunction, as prayed for? OPP
4. Relief.
No other issue arises or being pressed.
Joint request has been made for referring the present
matter to Mediation Cell on the ground that there are chances of
compromise/settlement.
In view of aforesaid submissions made by Ld.
Counsel(s), the parties are directed to appear in Mediation Cell
on 24.09.2025 at 2 pm.
To come up for settlement, if any, otherwise PE by
way of affidavit on 26.02.2026.
The advance copy of the affidavit of the PW be
supplied to the opposite party at least one week in advance before
the NDOH.
