1. Replication filed by the plaintiff. Copy supplied to

2. Pleadings are complete. On the basis of above pleadings,
following issues are settled for trial:

Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of
possession of the suit property plot bearing no. 05
biswa, 250 sq. yards. Under khata no. 58/48 comprising
khasra no. 508/2/1, (0-16) situated in the revenue estate
of village Katewara, Delhi-110039 as prayed for? OPP
2.
Whether the plaintiff is entitled for permanent
injunction as prayed for ? OPP
3.
Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of recovery
of Rs. 8,00,000/- as prayed for ? OPP.
4. Whether the present suit is not maintainable ?OPD.
5. Whether the present suit is barred by limitation ? OPD
6. Relief.
