1. Despite court notice no one appears on behalf of D1.
2. The affidavit of admission/denial of documents have
already been filed. Taken on record.
3. Pleadings are complete. On the basis of above
pleadings, following issues are settled for trial:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a decree of
specific performance directing the defendants to
execute a registered sale deed of the suit property, as
prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a decree of
perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from
transferring, alienating and creating third party
interest, as prayed for? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for cost of the suit,
as prayed for?OPP
4. Whether there is no contractual relationship between
plaintiff and defendant no.2 and no relief can be
sought against defendant no.2 as well against his
property?OPD
5. Relief.
4. No other issue arises or is pressed for by the parties.
5. Put up for PE on 01.06.2026.
6. Evidence affidavit be filed well in advance before
NDOH and be also supplied to the opposite party.
7. Interim order to continue till NDOH.
