No affidavit regarding admission/denial of documents is
filed.
Now, going through the pleadings and submissions made by
both the counsels, following issues as arising are framed:-
i. Whether the present suit is barred by period of limitation? OPD.
ii. Whether the defendant took a loan from the plaintiff against the
loan agreement dt. 05.12.2020? OPP.
iii. Whether the loan agreement dt. 05.12.2020 bears forged signatures
of the defendant? OPD.
iv. Whether plaintiff is entitled for decree of recovery of sum Rs. 1
crore? OPP.
v. Whether plaintiff is entitled for interest on the aforesaid amount of
Rs. 1 crore? If yes, at what rate and for what period? OPP.
vi. Relief, if any.
No other issue is pressed for by the parties. Nor does any
other issue is arising from the pleadings of the parties.
Be put up for PE on 12.11.2025.

Parties are directed to file list of witnesses within 15 days
from today.
Plaintiff is directed to file affidavit of all PWs by NDOH
after supplying the copy of the same in advance to the opposite counsel
against acknowledgment.
