Fresh application received through E-filing. It be checked and registered as
per rules.
Present: Applicant / petitioner in person with counsel Sh. S.K. Kaushik.
The application in hand is for release of awarded amount filed by
the applicant.
Ld. Counsel for applicant submits that he has information that
award amount of Rs. 2,40,000/- has been deposited in the State Bank of India,
Branch Rohini Court Complex by the Ins. Co. / respondent, same is the report
of nazir.
Heard and record perused.
Considering the submissions made, entire award amount along
with upto date interest would be released to the applicant / petitioner through
his saving bank account immediately.
The applicant / petitioner would be allowed to withdraw this
amount only through withdrawal slip and by no other mode or digital mode i.e.
Debit card / Credit card /ATM/NEFT/RTGS/letter etc.
Accordingly, the Manager, State Bank of India, Branch Rohini
Court Complex is directed to transfer the entire award amount along with
interest accrued thereon into the saving bank account of applicant / petitioner
i.e. a/c no. 5208100100003293 with Punjab National Bank, Delhi.
The bank manager, wherein the applicant / petitioner is mainining
his above said bank account is directed to comply with the direction with
regard to release of award amount.

Copy of this order be sent to the above said bank manager
through applicant / petitioner for compliance. Copy of this order be given
dasti to the applicant / petitioner.
Application is disposed off accordingl, it be consigned to record
room.
