This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant
Smt. Pushpa Singh seeking direction to the concerned Bank Manager
for release of entire compensation amount lying in the bank account of
Sh. Kailash Singh who has expired on 01.02.2022. Copy of death
certificate of Sh. Kailash Singh is also annexed with the present
application.
Heard on the aforesaid application. Record perused.
Report from the concerned bank received.
A perusal of the bank report reveals that in the bank
account of Sh. Kailash Singh, his wife namely Smt. Pushpa Singh who
is applicant in the present application, is a nominee.
In view of the aforesaid bank report,
concerned bank
manager SBI, Rohini Courts Branch, is directed to release the entire
amount of Sh. Kailash Singh lying in his bank account to his
nominee/widow Smt. Pushpa Singh, after completing necessary
formalities, as per rules. With these directions, present application
stands disposed off. Be tagged with main case file. Copy of this order
be given dasti.
File be consigned to record room.
