Ld. counsel for defendant has relied upon the
judgment of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi titled as Sudhakar
Singh & Ors. Vs. M/s. Webkul Software Pvt. Ltd. AIR online
2020/Del 1638 and submitted that the affidavit of
admission/denial to the documents may be taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has no objection to the
same.
Considered.
In view of the judgement (Supra) and submitting
that the affidavit of admission/denial to the documents being
filed by the defendant is taken on record.
The replication has been filed alongwith certain
documents. The application has also been moved on behalf of the
plaintiff under Order XI Rule 6 CPC for placing on record the
documents being filed alongwith replication accompanied with
affidavit. The counsel for defendant has not objected to the
same. Let the documents be taken on record. The defendant may
file affidavit of admission/denial to the documents being filed by
plaintiff alongwith replication.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant has
not paid the cost imposed upon the defendant while WS was
directed to be taken on record. Ld. Counsel for defendant submits
that he will pay the same within a week from today. Be paid

admission/denial of documents being filed alongwith
replication/framing of isisues and further case management
