Counsels for the applicant/accused. Verification report has been filed by IO/SI Amit Kumar in compliance of order dated 19.03.2026, wherein it is submitted that Dr. M.I. Shah, MBBS, MD (DMC No. 51550) i.e. Medical Director of M.S. Maan Hospital, Shiv Puri Colony, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana, was contacted and enquired regarding the treatment of applicant/accused Sher Khan @ Sheru and the said doctor stated that applicant/accused Sher Khan @ Sheru was under medical observation at the aforesaid hospital and was admitted there on 16.03.2026, he underwent surgery on 17.03.2026 and was discharged on 19.03.2026 and the applicant/accused has been advised bed rest for 28 days. In view of the above medical condition of the applicant/accused and on humanitarian grounds, the interim bail granted to the applicant/accused vide order dated 12.02.2026 is further extended for four weeks from today on the same terms & conditions. The accused is directed to surrender before the Jail authority immediately after expiry of the period of interim bail. A copy of this order be given dasti to Ld.
