moved on behalf of accused / applicant Sher Khan u/s 483 BNSS, for
extension of interim bail for a period of one month. It be registered.

It is submitted that the applicant / accused had been
granted interim bail for one month from date of his release vide order
dated 12.02.2026 and that the applicant/ accused was released from jail
on 20.02.2026. It is being further submitted that the applicant / accused
was operated on 17.03.2026 at Maan Hospital, Shivpuri Colony, Pio
Maiyari Road, Kundli Sonipat, Haryana for treatment of Cholelithiasis
and multiple scar dehiscence hernias and is still admitted in said
hospital.
IO / SHO concerned is directed to verify and report
about factum of operation and hospitalization of the applicant/ accused
on the next date. Interim bail granted to the applicant/ accused on
12.02.2026 is extended till 27.03.2026 on the same terms and
conditions.
A copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent Jail
concerned for information.
Put up for consideration / further proceedings on
27.03.2026.
