The reply to the bail application moved on behalf of
accused Sher Khan @ Sheru along with report regarding
previous involvement of accused Sher Khan @ Sheru has been
filed on record.
As per directions passed by Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi vide circular bearing No. 178/Rules/DHC dated
18.03.2026, the criminal antecedents in respect of the
applicant/accused are also required to be mentioned in the bail
application duly supported by an affidavit. However, Ld.
Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that due to
inadvertence the details of only pending cases are mentioned in
the application and he prays for withdrawal of the present bail
application with liberty to file fresh application detailing
complete particulars of criminal antecedents of the accused. The
statement of Ld. Counsel for accused Sher Khan @ Sheru, to this
effect, has been recorded separately.

Accordingly, in view of the statement made by Ld.
Counsel for accused Sher Khan @ Sheru, the bail application of
the accused stands disposed as withdrawn/not pressed.
Put up for purpose fixed on date already fixed i.e.
26.05.2026.
