Tihar, New Delhi has been received wherein it is being reported
that the accused Sher Khan @ Sheru who was released on interim
bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, has
surrendered in jail on 19.04.2026. Superintendent Jail concerned
be intimated the next date of hearing.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State accepts notice and seeks
time to go through the case file.
Notice be also issued to the IO / SHO to furnish the
report along with detail of the previous involvement of the accused
/ applicant for the next date of hearing.
The present bail application be put up for reply /
