Trial Court has convicted the appellant / accused for the offence punishable U/s 279/304A IPC. Heard. The appeal is admitted subject to just exceptions. An application under section 389 (1) Cr. PC / 430 (1) BNSS for suspension of sentence and grant of bail is filed alongwith the present appeal. Submissions Heard. Record perused. The impugned order of sentence dated 25.04.2025 stands suspended till disposal of the present appeal and appellant is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned ld. JFMC/ld.
