Varanasi, UP received back with the report that same could not be
executed personally as the train of the process server got late due to
huge jam on account of ‘Mahakumbh’ and the said warrants were sent
through speed post, the receipt of speed post is annexed with the
report.

Authority, Varanasi, UP.
PW13 HC Kuldeep has been further examined in chief.
His cross examination is deferred on account of non availability of
defence counsel as bar is on strike.
