In the present application, applicant has prayed for transfer of
bank account from Delhi to Village Kallu Ka Nangla, Bobrala, District-
Sambhal, UP on the ground that presently she alongwith her daughter/co-
claimant are residing in UP and because the account presently is in Delhi,
she has to visit Delhi with her daughter every month to withdraw the amount.
Accordingly, it is prayed that bank account of both applicant’s namely Pinky
and Neha be transferred to UP in the same bank.
Heard. Record perused.
Keeping in view the reasons mentioned in the application,
application is allowed.
Union Bank of India Sector-16 Rohini is directed to transfer the
bank account of both the applicant namely Smt. Pinky having Account
number 280610100033607 and Baby Neha account number
280610100033625 to Union Bank of India, Branch at Near Water Tank,
Anup Shahar Road, Shikarpur, District Buland Shahar, UP.
Application stands disposed off.
Copy of order be given dasti.
