Matter has been settled in the Mediation Centre.
However, it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff bank that the defendant is not making the payment as per
the settlement.
Defendant submits that he could arrange only Rs.
30,000/- for the first installment out of Rs 43,000/- and submits
that he shall pay the first installment of Rs. 43,000/- by
02.06.2025.
Though, as per the settlement, he was to pay this
amount by 15.05.2025, however, infacts, the defendant is given
an opportunity to pay this amount by 02.06.2025 and the balance
amount as per the schedule of mediation settlement.
The defendant is directed to deposit Rs. 30,000/-
with the bank today itself and to produce the deposit receipt of
the entire Rs. 43,000/- on the next date of hearing.
