All accused are present on bail. Sh. Chandveer Sheoran, Ld. Counsel for accused Vineet Pal and Udit Maratha. Sh. Jatin Kumar, Ld. Counsel for accused Lakshay Jaggi. IO Inspector Sandeep Tushir is not present. Pairvi Officer has filed a report on behalf of IO stating that FSL result has been received and supplementary chargesheet is being prepared. Report perused. On the last date of hearing, IO has submitted that the FSL result has been received and supplementary chargesheet would be filed after analysing CDR. After lapse of more than two months, similar reply has been sent by the IO. No plausible explanation has been given by the IO as to why supplementary chargesheet has not been filed till date. Moreover, IO has also not sought any exemption from the court for not appearing before the court today. In these circumstances, issue bailable warrnats against IO Inspector Sandeep Tushir for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount, to be executed through SHO concerned.
