Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodiya.

This is an application for surrender cum bail on the ground that
investigation qua applicant/accussed Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodiya is
already completed.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused seeks
permission to withdraw the application only qua regular bail of the
applicant/accused.
Heard. Considered and permission granted.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused
Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodiya has been recorded.
In view of the statement of counsel for the applicant, the
application qua regular bail of the applicant/accused stands dismissed as
withdrawn.
Today, it is submitted by IO that on 07.11.2025, accused
Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodiya surrendered before the court and after
obtaining permission from court, he was interrogated and arrested. It is
further submitted that during interrogation, accused did not cooperate and
gave evasive replies to the queries raised by the IO. It is further submitted
that police custody remand of accused Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodia is
required to confront his with the verified facts on record, for recovery of
mobile which he was using when co-accused Pankaj Davar was arrested, for

recovery of whatsapp chats between his and accused Pankaj Davar and to
know about the other probable persons involved in the chain of narcotics
supply. Hence, two days PC remand of accused Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodia
is required.
On the other hand, ld. Remand Advocate has vehemently
opposed the application.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Keeping in view the reason mentioned in the application, two
days PC remand of accused Rajkumar @ Sunny Shisodia is allowed and he
be produced on 09.11.2025. Accused be medically examined as per rules.
Copy of this order be given dasti to IO as prayed for.
