Section 151 CPC for correction in the name of petitioner i.e.
Jagbir Singh S/o Ran Singh instead of Jagvir Singh S/o Ran Vir
Singh in the Judgment, dated 01.08.2019.
Ld. Counsel has also filed photocopies of 10th class
Marksheet, voter identity card, Driving License, Adhar Card and
PAN Card of petitioner alongwith amended memo of parties.
In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is
ordered that the name of petitioner be read as Jagbir Singh S/o
Ran Singh instead of Jagvir Singh S/o Ran Vir Singh in the
Judgment, dated 01.08.2019.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
Amended memo of parties be taken on record.
Miscellaneous file be clubbed with main file and
entire file be consigned to record room after necessary
compliance.
