ORDER
1. WS along with an application under Order 8 Rule 1 CPC filed on
behalf of defendant. Same is taken on record.
2. Affidavit of admission denial of documents filed on behalf of
defendant. Same is taken on record.
3. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he has not
received the copy of the abovesaid pleadings. However, Ld. Counsel for
defendants submits that he has already supplied the copy through the
email-id on 07.10.2024. Ld. Counsel for defendants is directed to verify
the same on the NDOH. Meanwhile, Ld. Counsel for defendants is
directed to supply the copy of the WS along with an application under
Order 8 Rule 1 CPC and affidavit of admission / denial of documents in
physical form to the counsel for plaintiff against acknowledgment.
4. Be put up for completion of pleadings on 10.02.2025.
