Delhi.
Considering the above, by virtue of provision of Order 7
Rule 10 CPC, the present petition stands returned to the petitioner for
filing the same before the concerned MACT court having jurisdiction
over PS Begumpur in the North-West District.
Ahlmad to return the file to the petitioner as per the
mandate of law.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the
petitioner.
