Perusal of the petition reveals that JD’s property is
situated in District Gomati Nagar, Lucknow. No property of the
JD within the jurisdiction of this court has been mentioned by the
DH. Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that decree may be
transferred to the Courts having jurisdiction of District Gomati
Nagar, Lucknow for execution.
Let the certificate of transfer of decree be prepared
and sent to Ld. District & Sessions Judge, District Gomati Nagar,
Lucknow, with request to sent it to the court having jurisdiction
of District Gomati Nagar, Lucknow.
Nazir is directed to prepare and issue the Transfer
Certificate in this regard.
