Status report filed by the IO stating that no person had
received injuries in the accident in question. Therefore, DAR has
not been filed in the present case.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that in the
present petition, the only petitioner is Smt. Rajnesh, W/o
Sh. Virender Kumar and there is no other petitioner. It is further
stated that the affidavit of Sh. Aman Khatri filed alongwith the
petition may be taken off from the petition as the same has been
filed inadvertently. Statement of Ld. Counsel for petitioner in this
regard recorded separately.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for
petitioner, affidavit of Sh. Aman Khatri filed alongwith the
present petition is taken off from the petition.
Ld. Counsel for insurance company seeks one week
time to file WS/Reply on behalf of insurance company. Let the
reply/WS be filed within one week from today with advance copy
to opposite side against proper receipt and acknowledgement. Last
and final opportunity is granted to the insurance company in this
regard failing which its defence shall be struck off.
