It is reported by Court staff that TCR has been
received.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for appellant undertakes to file
vakalatnama on or before NDOH. He further submits that the main
counsel has been engaged recently, therefore, he needs time for
preparation of arguments on the present appeal.
Same has been strongly opposed by ld. Counsel for
respondent on the ground that appellant is in habit of changing his
counsel on each and ever date just for the purpose of delaying the
proceedings and he has requested that last and final opportunity
may kindly be given subject to heavy cost.
Submissions Heard. Request is considered and
allowed.
In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is
given to the appellant to appear before the Court and advance
arguments on the present appeal, failing which cost of Rs.10,000/-
shall be imposed upon appellant to be paid to the respondent.
Be put up for reply / arguments on the present appeal
on 21.11.2024.
