Fresh suit filed through e-filing is received on assignment. It be checked
and registered.
Present: Sh. Mayank Jain, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Physical filed submitted and perused. As observed, brief
synopsis has not been filed. Upon filing of the same within one week
from today, issue summons to the defendant on filing of PF, RC,
authorized courier/speed post as well as through email and whatsapp
messages on furnishing the particulars thereof alongwith an affidavit
with regard to correctness of email Id and whatsapp number of
defendant within one week with directions to file the written statement
alongwith documents and affidavit of admission/denial of documents
of plaintiff within stipulated period of 30 days of service after
supplying advance copy of the plaintiff through counsel.
Replication, if any, alongwith affidavit of
admission/denial of documents of defendant be filed within 15 days
pursuant to filing written statement after supplying advance copy of
defendant through counsel.
It is stated that the defendant had not appeared in pre-
settlement mediation before filing of this suit. As the matter is
likely to be settled, put up on 11.05.2024 before the National Lok
Adalat to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties.
