the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the
CPC for recording the settlement/compromise between the
parties and for passing a consent decree in terms thereof.
The settlment agreement M1 is on record. The
signatures of both the parties are obtained on the ordersheet as an
acknowledgment of the execution of the settlment agreement.
The suit is accordingly disposed of as settled in
terms of M1. The parties shall be bound by its terms and
conditions, whereby the gift deed dated 17.02.2026 as noted in
the suit stands cancelled. The Sub Registrar concerned shall do
the needful in this regard.
The next date of 27.08.2026 is cancelled.
The Court fees be refunded as per law.
File be consigned to record room after necessary
compliance.
