Pinnacle Business Park, Sector – 03, Noida, UP whereof the
mortgage amount was also received by D2. He states that he would
furnish the details in respect thereof in the WS, which be filed as
per law.
The plaintiff shall be at liberty to implead the
aforesaid bank in due course.
