As per the record, FIR No. 675/2025 PS Jahangir Puri was
registered on 01.07.2025 and the statutory period for filing the DAR is
already expired as per the time frame prescribed under Section 159 MV
Act. In these circumstances, let notice be issued to the concerned DCP
to send the detailed report that under which provision the present DAR
would be entertained and he is also directed to inquire and fix the
liability of delinquent police official under the Delhi Police Act as per
the scheme formulated by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi for the Motor
Accident Claims.
Be put up for receiving of report/further proceedings on
