File taken up suo-motu on the discovery of the
typographical errors in the memo of parties of the judgment
delivered in this case on 27.04.2026.
Vide judgment dated 27.04.2026, the suit of the
plaintiff was decreed in terms thereof. However due to
typographical errors, the names of the parties interchanged in the
memo of parties of the said judgment. Further the name of
defendant no. 2 “Amit Kumar” is incorrectly typed as “Amit
Sharma” and also the details of the second addresses of the
defendants are also missing in the memo of parties of the
judgment. Accordingly these mistakes are directed to be
corrected and, a fresh copy of the judgment with correct title and
details of the parties be printed, signed and placed on record.
It is made clear that the freshly printed corrected
judgment shall be considered as the effective judgment passed in
this case. The erroneous judgment lying on record shall remain
on record, but the remark of “corrigendum judgment issued
separately on 29.04.2026” be written on its top in red ink.
The copy of the erroneous judgment already
uploaded, be deleted from the web portal and this corrected
judgment be uploaded in place thereof.
File be consigned to record room after necessary
compliance.
