plaintiff.
Sh. Abhimanyu Singla, Ld. Counsel for defendant
along with defendant.
1. Three applications, one filed u/o 14 Rule 5 CPC , another u/o
16 Rule 1 CPC and an application u/o 10 CPC for examination
of the plaintiff, filed by defendant no.1 is pending. One
application stated to have been filed by the plaintiff U/s 151
CPC is pending consideration. Reply to the said application is
already on record.
2. The Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he be given some
time to file the reply, three weeks time is granted. The reply be
filed with an advance copy to the opposite party.
3. Today, the matter was listed for the arguments on the aforesaid
application, but an adjournment is sought by the Ld. Proxy
counsel for the plaintiff as the daughter of the main counsel has
met with an untoward happening and stated to be severely
injured. Accordingly, adjournment prayed for. Heard. Allowed.
4. Keeping in view the personal difficulty of the Ld. Counsel, the
matter is adjouned to 20.05.2026 for arguments on the
aforesaid applications.
