1. Amended memo of parties has been filed on behalf of
the LR of the appellant bringing on record other Lrs also. The same
is taken on record. Copy be supplied to respondent no.1.
2. Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he is
yet to receive a copy of the appeal has well, therefore, reply could be
not be filed.
3. Ld. Counsel for the LRs of the deceased/ appellant
submits that he has been engaged only recently and needs to apply
certified copy of the appeal. In view of thereof, the present matter
stands adjourned.
4. Ld. Counsel for the appellant is directed to supply a
copy of the present appeal to the respondent no.1 within reasonable
time to enble the respondent no.1 to file reply. Ld. Counsel for the
respondent no.1 is directed to file reply to the present appeal on or
before the next date of hearing with advance copy for the State.
5. Put up for filing of reply on 27.10.2026.
